It’s single sourced out of a farm in California, so not only do you know nothing additional is added to the oil, but it is local too. A lot of store bought olive oils are mixed with other typers of oil like canola or flax seed, to increase profits.

This oil is first pressed, extra virgin and a beautiful flavor. It’s a blend of three late harvest olives and mimics a classic European taste. Nice and strong, but perfect for all around cooking.
